THE SNAKES

A married man, who owned substantial lots, was suspected to be living with another woman. The agents were tasked to confirm this notion so they were assigned in a coffee plantation. What they had to do was penetrate the area in order to do what was required of them. In order to successfully do the mission, they came up to the idea of going to the area posing as college students.

There, they were able to know the people including the barrio folks who treated them nicely and received them with warmth. Just after spending some time with those residents, they were already able to win their trust. Through this effective immersion to the community and the sense of fondness they were able to build there, it was easier for them to fulfill their mission. In fact, they were even able to mingle with the subject as well as his household. Then eventually, they were able to confirm that the subject, indeed, was living with his mistress. Finally, the suspicion was proven true.

What we usually see in our minds when we think of countryside are picture-perfect sceneries:  trees everywhere, bushes that give pleasure to the sight, fresh air at its best, and the simplicity of life. But what we actually fail to include in the vivid picture are the snakes that inhabit there. Yet no matter how wise and careful these snakes are, there are still hunters that are good enough to catch them.
